Billing Data Assistant Required
The role is to support the freight Billing Analysts (x 2) in performing the day to day management of freight billing. It is also required to support the Passenger & Freight Billing Manager and wider team, in matters of general administration and filing
The candidate will need to have reasonable IT skills, particularly with Spreadsheets and MS Word documents. The candidate must be highly numerate and with good literacy skills. The ability to work to tight deadlines and with minimal supervision is also important.
A knowledge of MS Access would be a benefit although not critical. The role will also involve developing the existing filing system so a willingness to get stuck into filing would be a nice to have.
